Created in 1957, UCAD, since 2003, has undergone profound changes based on six broad parameters and ten major projects, whose guiding principles are found in a vision statement adopted by all the partners (teachers, students, and administrative, technical and service personnel), in which the virtual universe plays a significant part. In a continuing quest for efficiency and in cooperation with a dense network of universities and institutions, both local and international, UCAD, continues to take advantage of the many opportunities the market offers by responding to its partners’ concerns.
